Robotics

We are partnered with Universal Robots to offer very safe and highly effecient co-bot solutions. For repetitive or super precise tasks, a robot makes a lot of sense as you can take operator error and fatigue out of the equation. In most cases the ROI ( Return On Investment) for UR cobot applications can be seen in as little as 12 months. Cobots are extremely safe and are designed to shut down when they meet resistance meaning you don’t have to spend extra on safety sensors and safety gates, this also provides the benefit of space savings and being able to work in the general area with human operators.

Electrical / Instrumentation

We pride ourselves on being as effective with a volt meter in our hands as we are behind the software of controls systems. We specialize in low - medium voltage troubleshooting and have access to master electricians licenses in certain states. We do installs, troubleshooting calls and maintenance on all instrumentation and field wiring. We are expert trackers when wires need to be found but do not have labeling making it very difficult and time consuming to trace out in most cases.

We have vast experience in the field with issues that have made others quit, we refuse to leave until the problem is found, identified and solved. We won’t just replace parts until it starts working, we find heart of the issue and fix it there to save you time, money and head ache.
