The PLC takes inputs from the fields and we program the outputs based on the client’s needs. For better understanding, picture the process being automated being represented as a human body. The instrumentation devices with the electrical installations would represent the “nervous system” bringing in signals to the “brain” which in this case would be represented by the PLC.

SCADA Systems

Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems allow client’s to view data and have control of their process remotely. We can also enable permissions that allow the user to make remote changes to the process such as change setpoints, turn pumps on and off, start or stop the process, ect.

Robotics

We are partnered with Universal Robots to offer very safe and highly effecient co-bot solutions. For repetitive or precise tasks, a robot eliminates operator error and fatigue from the equation. Electrical / Instrumentation

We pride ourselves in being as effective with a volt meter in our hands as we are behind the software of controls systems. We specialize in low - medium voltage troubleshooting and have access to master electricians, licenses in certain states. We do installations, troubleshooting calls, and maintenance on all instrumentation and field wiring. We are expert trackers when wires that do not have proper labeling need to be found. Task’s like this are very difficult and time consuming to trace out in most cases, so rely on us to manage it.
